Should we make some squads?

Yeah, another important question to you guys^^
What do you think about it? That we make a new audition, that we get more people who want to join (that we all then ca. 30 guys atm) and make then 3 squads with 10 people?

After I make a new auditionsvid, I will post a downloadlink here, so you all can/should post it on your channel and send anybody, who want to join, to me, that I can check him out

So, the winner of our bbt will be a co-leader too and becomes then his own squad. I think that this is a new appeal to do your best^^

And for the guys of you, who still are inactive (maybe you don't read this after all):
I want to see some posts or I need to kick you out of here, what I don't want ...
I will wait for some answers til monday, then I need to clean our forum here, I'm sorry for that, but I need to do it then

I dont think that it will be like the one with the espada, just low, middle and high level editors
Or something other, as I said, I need to think about it after all =D

Well, as you can see, I started now with this new project and "open" the squad of my and Omegas
After our bbt I open the third squad and start our new audition
Who comes in which squad? I don't know yet. I need to think about some alternativs to make it interesting^^

Maybe some other time, when we will have 40 members or I make the groups smaler (for example just 5, not 10 editors in one squad)
But then you need to win one BBT or something else to get a Co-Leader and get one squad

Well, at first I put the username from the leader of the squad in the titel, but thats sound awesome. I think about it (mean that I will take this names or some names, who sounds akin to theme^^)
